The Ultimate Professional

What could have been chaos, was avoided because of Desi.
When we arrived, the system that makes the keys was not working.
Imagine a Saturday night with clients arriving and a system not working?
Desi had a plan in place to assist arriving guests. She was also putting a plan in place when the system was working again,if possible.
Desi continued to be respectful, patient, and efficient.
I don't know if she was the manager. But, I do know she had leadership and professionalism.
She is the ultimate professional.
Always friendly staff. Always clean. Always a great breakfast.
Always dog friendly.
We stay here often. We appreciate your consistency.
We will be back. 🐾❤️ …

Worse than being without Ac during a hurricane! Avoid

This is worst hotel in dutchess county
.i wanted a quiet room and they put me in a room facing the highway.
Then there were couples standing outside the hotel at midnight and made noises that sounded like gunshot !
The worst aspect of this place is the ac/ heating system which makes a huge noise all night long when you try to change from heat to ac!
Checkin is long as you have tourists trying to chat up the front desk.
Save your money and do not come here !
The other hiltons in the area are better

5 ⭐️ to Claire and Miguel

We rented an Event room and 2 rooms for after on 9/21 the most expensive day ever $500+ per room and the sales team dropped the ball and never booked our hotel rooms and when we went to check in they were booked solid. The front desk team of Claire and Miguel went out of their way to make the whole ordeal better than what it could of been if they weren’t working that night. Those two definitely showed what being in the hospitality business is. We feel like we found two new family members that night through them and all their efforts to make our event amazing. They also called around and found 2 rooms in another hotel for us to stay. We give both Claire and Miguel 5 ⭐️

Clean, chic, friendly,affordable

Wow, didn't know Hampton Inns were so nice! Very impressive, clean, chic, chain hotel, and friendly helpful staff ( always a plus)
Shout out to Allison at the front desk, she was so nice⭐( yes finally DID get an Uber who, didn't cancel on me!🙄) Btw, don't count on Lyfts in this area...Uber better, taxis seem very expensive) This was a great choice in the Poughkeepsie area, highly recommend👍

Excellent family hotel

We were a family of four, and booked the 2 queen beds + sofa bed room. It was *very* spacious and clean. The bedroom area was very large, with a nice size table/desk. We requested lots of extra towels, which they delivered quickly. The pool area was clean and the pool was warmish, but had a limited supply of clean towels. Do not rely solely on your Hilton app on your phone - it couldn't get us into the building, it couldn't get us into the pool room, and it auto-checked out so early on our checkout morning that we got locked out of the room. The front desk will happily issue key cards - ask for them and carry them with you.
We would definitely stay here again.
