Having checked in Saturday afternoon, I had to put up with a loud party outside my room that went on till about 9pm. I gather the people involved were also guests who took over a portion of the area near the entrance to the dining area. Setting up a bbq in the car park with fumes drifting into my room didn’t seem to be an issue with the management. While most of the rubbish was picked up, there was still rubbish and lots of cigarette butts still around on Monday morning.
Breakfast was very basic and not enough tables & chairs to seat everyone. People were taking their breakfast back to their rooms.
In summary, this Days Inn charged premium prices and only delivered a very basic service. While the room was ok, there are better value hotels closer to the tourist attractions. FYI, this hotel is outside the pickup area for the tour companies.

One should not stay in this stay if visiting Niagara Falls , Hotel is too far ( 8 miles/ 15 KM's approx ) from the falls , so you loose dollors in transportation from Hotel to Niagara Falls and return

It's in a great spot close to everything and was a great price. Clean and staff were friendly. If you get back too late from events you have to park around back. No cameras and did not like leaving our car where there weren't even windows for any witnesses if something did happen. This is my only complaint but it's a big one. If they would install more lights and one camera I would give them 5 stars. Safety is always a concern when you are states not hours away from home. Do not leave your customers in the dark. No one likes that.
