My favorite backpacker hostel so far ! Better than at home, close to what I can imagine of heaven. View on the ocean, dolphins, wales, beautiful beach with nobody except cows, pizza oven, friendly dog and manager, and more. In love with this magic place <3

We arrived for dinner but we were not attended to for seating for at least 10 minutes (we did book a table prior to arriving). We waited whilst service staff passed us by with no regard. Once we were finally seated, we still waited for another 15 to 20 minutes before receiving a menu or even being offered a drink.

The food was the only saving grace however I must mention the service was abysmal. Our waitress refused to give us her name. She did not check on us so we sat without drinks being topped up and we were rushed to finish our 2 course meal even though our mains were delayed as the manager claimed that the kitchen accidentally gave one of our meals to the wrong table.

I am deeply disappointed in the management and service we received. It soured our evening and celebration.

I sincerely hope this experience will never be repeated for any of your future patrons.
