For our first time in spotted grunter, we enjoyed our stay and will forever prefer this place when spending quality time in PSJ ,'Spotted a very nice view on the balcony with birds singing in the morning' good breakfast and nice staff as well...we loved it there!!!!More

Not clean. The bedroom was extremely dusty. Pillows were smelly too.Next to the bed, both sides. No DSTV. No air-conditioning in the living area but a crappy ceiling fan. Very expensive for what you get.

If you had brought your concerns directly to us at the time we would have most certainly moved you to a room preferable to you, with DSTV. All our rooms are equipped with aircons capable of cooling the entire room down. We investigated your allegations of dust and dirty pillows and could not find evidence of this. All rooms are cleaned by our housekeepers daily and checked by management before a new guest enters. Perhaps there being no DSTV in your particular room resulted in your negative review? Terrifyingly bad. Ended up going down into the kitchen to call the waitress who could hardly make it up the stairs. Drinks took 20 minutes after ordered.
Veggies were an old gem squash with frozen veg inside. Calamari was the thin packet rings. Chicken wings were almost inedible and expensive. Pork chops were oily and over cooked. The bill took ages.
The furniture is nice and everything looked clean.

The apartment was clean and had everything we need with a beautiful view over the river. Service is friendly and efficient.. We had a very nice dinner at the restaurant. The area is very beautiful and we felt safe in the resort.
