We stayed here for a week of visiting Lake George attractions and Saratoga Race Track. This campground was perfect for our RV and the location was great!!

Check In/Check Out: Easy, however the person who originally booked us made an error and did not charge for our children and they asked for an additional $25. Took $10 deposit for access card, you received $ back when returning card. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. There is a single line of campers which can get backed up at times. B

Site: We had a really nice site at the end. In the (6) days we were here we saw a lot of people come and go for just a 1 or 2 night stay. This place seems to be popular with the Canadians. Site was very level and amenities, water, cable, sewer all worked well. We were close to the restrooms that were very clean and well-kept. We used the showers as it is easier than the RV shower and they were FREE and water was warm. A+++

Store: Had the basics, we bought wood and it was $8.50/bag, save your $ and be sure to pick up some wood from neighboring people along the main route. I've bought a lot of campfire wood but this was by far the most expensive. B-

Pool: Pool is a regular pool (not heated) and it was very cold. May be refreshing for some but too cold for me, kids still went for a swim every night. They do close the pool at 8pm so you need to get your swim in early. B-

Game Room: They do not do a lot of activities if any but they did have a nice Game Center for those that choose to stay at campground on a raining day. B

Location: Close to everything, about a 5-7 minute drive from everything in Lake George. At certain times of the day the main route gets bogged up and it may take longer in the morning and late afternoon. We were about 30 minutes from Saratoga Race Track (went twice) and 7-10 minutes from outlets, Six Flags, grocery store, Queensbury & Downtown Lake George. A-

Overall: This place was perfect for what we needed, just a place to sleep as we were busy everyday. The seasonal are very friendly and quiet. They have a lot of rules such as no radios, outside TV's, no pets and it made for a great experience. Most people were in bed by 9-10pm and it was very, very quiet. If your the late night partying type you do not want to be here, if your camping and staying busy in the area this is your place. Overnight price was fair in comparison to other area campgrounds. WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Overall Rating: A-

If you are looking for a shady immaculately clean CG with extremely nice staff then this is the place for you. Sites are large and easy to get to. Utilities work well. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The park has security gates. Keep in mind that they do not allow pets or tents but that is ok by us. My only minor issue was with the Wi-Fi which was horribly slow. They do have cable tv, a pool and activities. We would definately stay here again.

My husband stayed for a weekend in June . We enjoyed the camp and would return. Our site was shaded by tall pine trees which is what we like, not out in the open. The camp store was nice and friendly owners and staff waited on us. We enjoyed the quiet park and found it very relaxing. There is a playground for kids, but the park isn't dedicated to keeping kids entertained. The pool area was nice and so was the game room. We will return again

We really like this place. Just wish they had some smaller, wide pines or even privacy fencing for privacy. You can see everything, everyone, everywhere.
And we miss the camp feeling of being able to put up rope between trees for privacy tarps and wet clothes and towels.
However, it's so wonderful that there is a campground that does NOT allow pets.
We do NOT miss the stinking poop smells or the very disturbing sounds of domestic animals. Owls and song birds and occasional coyotes is why we go camping, not to be forced to deal with everyone else's pets. The game room was kept too cold. We like fresh air and windows with shade and a breeze, not an ice box. The pool needs trees around it to be cut down because the sun gets blocked after about 12 noon by the huge trees. They also had construction going on during the week, but that's understandable, and not on weekends. Hopefully it will be finished by next summer and they take down those trees blocking the pool and do something about privacy and permit ropes for clothes. Overall we like it better than many other places in the area and will return. Staff is warm, caring and friendly too.

I've been to some RV parks that have been rated 5 Stars, and although they are nice, they offer nothing close to what Lake George RV Park offers. The sites are perfect, and the facilities and activities are amazing. Indoor pool, multiple arcades, outdoor pools, pickle ball courts, tennis, on the Lake George Bike Path - the list is endless! The staff is friendly, attentive and meticulously maintains the property. I would strongly recommend a visit to this wonderful resort. Thee is tons to do for families both in the resort and in the Lake George area. Our favorite activity was the incredible zip-line a couple of miles up the road - check it out.

Room Tip: Check out their map. all sites have their pros and cons. But all are great.
