This place is generally friendly, the camping ground is quite unmatch in Namibia. Staff are also generally friendly. The swimming pool is one of the largest and deepest in the country. However as is the case with everywhere, there are weaknesses. While campers at the time were hardly 10 the ablution, though campers themselves did not help keeping hygiene you would expect that in such a case the staff would aid hygiene. Besides the ablution seemingly envisaged for campers will no doubt not cope with such a huge number if the place is full. However the ablution facilities at the pool were seemingly more and hygiene was better. There too there was no hand soap. One other thing, they better remove those violently croaking frogs at night. Stagnant water is already an attraction for mosquitoes and I would avoid reptiles attracting each other kind of environment when camping. Though I did not eat there and cannot justify prices in comparison to portion/quality, the prices as seen from the menu seemed reasonable. Though the restaurant upon enquiry did not have a basic item such as honey. They did not demand upfront payment (which is unusual even for Namibian) when booking which is a plus, though I paid when checking. I would return though.
