Problem started with the security guard, he checked us in with the wrong agent. Room had no electricity, 11 o'clock at night we were woken up,we were told the room has been booked. Water was ice cold.

An amazing weekend away with visits to the Wildlife center, spa day, game drives and breakfast platters served to our main unit. Excellent service and friendly staff. Highly recommended for a weekend of fun with the family or friends!

We are currently staying here and are in the midst of our holiday. Just wanted to say that Chester and his staff in the restaurant, and the rangers and tour guides are all fantastic. Happy, helpful and friendly. Full review to follow in due course!

we booked a 3 night stay with 4 rounds of golf on the two golf courses (the Albatross golf stay and play) through the reservations department at the head office in Pretoria. During our stay and while waiting for our game vehicle we unhappily discovered that our sunset game drive which we reserved and paid for 3 weeks before our arrive was over booked and the head office was informed but did not inform us or attempt to rectify this. The Rangers were absolutely fantastic and brought a second game vehicle for us (30 minutes later) so we could still enjoy our game drive. The head office again poorly executed our booking when the booked us a tee off time for Monday morning. we arrived at the golf course to find that the course was closed for it's weekly maintenance as it is closed every Monday. To top off our weekend we had no water pressure in our room and could not shower..we constantly called to have enough water to be able to shower which was a constant battle. I emailed a letter of complaint upon returning and to date, have not had any reply from their customer service department.

Firstly we would like to apologize that your overall stay did not live up to expectations and that there was a clear miscommunication between the Resort & our Central Reservations Office about your booking. We are however delighted to read that our safaris department went over & above to correct the mistake made with regards to your safari experience. Thank you for highlighting this!
Your feedback has been escalated to top management to ensure that the points highlighted are addressed and that an improved experience is provided to future guests staying with us.
Again, we would like to emphasize how truly sorry we are that your stay was not up to the legendary standard which we strive to create for guests staying with us. We can confirm that our customer relations department had been in direct contact & that together you were able to come to a conclusion.

This is a beautiful venue and one of the best golf courses I've seen. The experience was amazing and the staff friendly. The rooms are beautiful and you get the feeling of living in the bush with al the animals around.

This is an excellent property.
However it would be nice if it was managed by a better hotel group.
It always feels like it takes ages to get hold of anybody.
The dining areas are good and the place itself is great for golfers. course is absolutely world class
