we booked a 3 night stay with 4 rounds of golf on the two golf courses (the Albatross golf stay and play) through the reservations department at the head office in Pretoria. During our stay and while waiting for our game vehicle we unhappily discovered that our sunset game drive which we reserved and paid for 3 weeks before our arrive was over booked and the head office was informed but did not inform us or attempt to rectify this. The Rangers were absolutely fantastic and brought a second game vehicle for us (30 minutes later) so we could still enjoy our game drive. The head office again poorly executed our booking when the booked us a tee off time for Monday morning. we arrived at the golf course to find that the course was closed for it's weekly maintenance as it is closed every Monday. To top off our weekend we had no water pressure in our room and could not shower..we constantly called to have enough water to be able to shower which was a constant battle. I emailed a letter of complaint upon returning and to date, have not had any reply from their customer service department.
