This is an excellent property.
However it would be nice if it was managed by a better hotel group.
It always feels like it takes ages to get hold of anybody.
The dining areas are good and the place itself is great for golfers. course is absolutely world class

Still waiting for a refund for a group of 7 golfers for the extreme 19th from a trip in March. The helicopter was out of service. We are getting a very unprofessional runaround from Legends trying to get our deposit back. Golf course is a sensational layout in very poor condition. Game drive was quite good, hot air balloon ride also but the facility just looks and feels like a place about to go under.

The hotel and the good causes are potentially fabulous but both of them have serious maintenance problems. A lot of services presented are unavailable and the staff even if very cooperative is not enough for the hotel. The menu and quality of food unacceptable for a place like that. Amazing the Safari.

there was not much to do as 70% of the activities was not available. There was only one restaurant that was open compared to the many that was advertised. Even though they were short staffed the few that were there was very pleasant.

Such a shame but I think this company appears to be going into administration.
The staff were all fabulous, helpful and friendly particularly Jessica and Chester but the issues at the resort were well out of their control. We were a group of 12 primarily there to play golf.
The extreme 19th is definitely not available. According to the staff and judging by the condition of the green this has been the case for sometime. This still forms part of the advertising and was a huge part of the reason I arranged our stay. Many excuses about the helicopter being unavailable but the extreme 19th green is not even kept now as we saw it on a safari drive.
The condition of the fairways on the signature course was well below what we were expecting for such a prestigious course. We struggled to get a buggy but the Golf staff did get some in for one of the days.
The Indian restaurant and Pizzeria were closed. Again this seems to have been the case for some time despite them featuring in the advertising. This only left us with one choice for food every evening, buffet style but generally great food.
The swimming pool had obviously not been clean properly for some time (it was unusable despite the temperature being 36C during our stay) and the seating provided was unfit for purpose. Had we have been able to use the pool it was not possible to get refreshments poolside.
The clubhouse restaurant’s wine list was extremely limited and frequently ran out of our selection.
