This is our favourite guesthouse in South Africa,
we were staying there twice in December on the way to the garden route and on the way back.
Mark and Diane are the perfect hosts, they took care of anything we needed.
the rooms are amazing, you have everything you need, and they give attention to all the small details, which gives you a great feeling of a valued guest.
The garden is amazing, and of course the animals. its the best guesthouse that we experienced in South Africa, and we cant wait to come again.

Rooms are just beautiful and exceptionally clean.
The hosts Diane and Mark have perfected everything down too the last detail including the fabulous breakfast.
Highly recommended for a stay with all the 5 star treatment at a very reasonable price.

During our trip to south africa we visited Swellendam on 18/1/23 and booked to stay at rothman manor. The hotel was very beautiful and our room excellent. unfortunately on the day we arrived the whole area had a problem with electricity. Mark the owner of the hotel made every effort to have a beautiful stay. Really if there is a crisis management award he should get it. Thanks Mark
