Lovely stay and friendly staff. Just a lots of steps if you are on crutches. Rooms are very comfordable.

I would love to give this place a 5star but I was very disappointed with how the Spa started, not knowing what we booked for as if we were not expected .
I paid for “Romantic Rasul for 2” for an hour but when we got there we were given 30mins. I told the lady I paid for an hour she went to reception to confirm and came back to say it’s fine we can spend an hour as if it’s a favour from them as she didn’t even apologise.
The sauna was not available for us to use but it was part of the package. “Romantic Rasul”
The steam was only ON for 30mins we were forced to spend the rest of the time seating around the pool waiting for an hour to end.
The massage was amazing though, but in all that I must commend the team for making my husband’s birthday a memorable one. Henry and his staff went all out. The birthday set up in the massage room and the restaurant is much appreciated. It was a beautiful surprise.

Sadly I only stayed there for one night.
It is a beautiful place to chill out, refresh, and reset. Nestled in the mountains but only 10 minutes by cab outside of Summerset West, this has to be "Paradise"
A very warm welcome from Penny, who very kindly allowed me to check in a little bit early as I was chasing my tail with work commitments.
When I got home from my evening out, it was delightful, and I lit the wood-burning fire to chill out and reflect on the day.
Fabulous breakfast the following day and a relaxing Saturday morning before checking out.
The room is huge, with a private balcony leading onto the gardens overlooking the forest. The bathroom again is huge and very well appointed with very nice products
There is a sense of "calm" here that it's rare to find, and Penny has created an absolute haven, which seems very enjoyable both for guests and staff.
I can't wait to get back.
Special thanks to Penny, Wonder, and Audrey. It's people like you who build huge value into a business and make repeat and referrals happen.

We truly enjoyed a wonderful time away celebrating our anniversary in style.
The hotel is gorgeous, the spa is so relaxing, the staff are extremely helpful and the food is delicious! It is nestled on the Somerset West mountain side with great scenic views. We will definitely be visiting again in the future.

My daughter & I booked a package for the couples massage, bed & breakfast. Even though I had read the great reviews & had a good look online, we still kept our expectations low as the price was very favourable compared to other spots. Silver Forest way exceeded our expectations & we enjoyed cocktails on our deck during “cocktail hour” & had fantastic pizzas for dinner at 3Kitchens, the restaurant on the premises. The quality of the room was fantastic & the many extras very appreciated. We won’t hesitate to visit again.
