The place was nice, I got no complaints at all, and it is quiet I plan to come back with my partner. Great breakfast to top it all

We really enjoyed our week long stay at Roosboom. The rooms are clean, tastefully furnished and comfortable and the kitchens are well equipped. The guesthouse is situated in a quiet residential area and the views are breathtaking. Ian, Mabel and Candi are excellent hosts and we would not hesitate to recommend Roosboom unreservedly.

The owners provided great service and were always in touch with information and assistance.
The rooms are spacious and clean. The view from the veranda is wonderful.

We stayed in the beautiful, very well-appointed , quiet and cosy garden apartment for a few enchanted days and were blown away by the generous hospitality of hosts Ian, Candi and Mabel. Our apartment was set in a lush and secluded garden and there are stunning sea views from the breakfast room as well as from the upstairs apartments. We went for the breakfast option and were welcomed each morning with warm smiles and a delicious full breakfast. We can wholeheartedly recommend Roosboom Apartments and will definitely be back.

WOW! I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful my stay was at Roosboom. Ian, Mabel and Candy are genuinely the most incredibly warm and generous hosts and just all-round wonderful people. It was such a treat every morning to have a quick chat with them while eating the delicious breakfast they had prepared. The detail and cleanliness in the rooms is excellent and they have really gone the extra mile to ensure their guests feels at home. I would come back in a heartbeat.

+ lan had great communication and contacted me before I landed. I was greeted on arrival and shown to the room and nothing was too much trouble or felt like an inconvenience. The facilities and the room were exceptional. Even after my stay lan kept in touch to help with information regarding the trip (car rental) to ensure I had the best time in SA.
