Had the pleasure of staying at the Roosboom last week while over on business. The views were stunning, the accomodation was superb and the hosts Ian and Mabel and Candi were great,nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was a delight and with a view that took your breath away, room was lovely and could not fault it. Will CERTAINLY be going back again..THANKS GUYS

We stayed in the platinum suite at Roosboom for 10 nights in December 2012 and found it to be excellent. The location was perfect for trips to the wine regions, drives around the coast and it was only 35 minutes from the Waterfront.
Ian and Mabel were such lovely hosts that nothing was too much trouble. The pool was perfect and we used it every morning. The gardens are perfectly kept and the room had all the facilities that could be hoped for. The room was cleaned daily by the lovely Tessa and we found that there was privacy when required.
Compared to an hotel these apartments are very good value and if you require the personal touch that comes from staying with caring owners they are highly recommended.

My husband and I booked Roosboom for its location and good reviews. We were pleased we did so. We were made to feel very welcome - Ian and Mabel are lovely hosts and did everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We stayed in the Garden Apartment which was perfect for our requirements. It is very nicely decorated and has a lovely patio. It has good self catering facilities and there is a shopping centre a few minutes walk away. It is in an ideal position for visiting the wonderful wineries of the Western Cape and I particularly enjoyed relaxing by the swimming pool when we got back each day. We really couldn't have found a nicer place to stay and hope to return next year.
