No water and the receptionist was arrogant and not helpful at all. Shameful she does not know when the water shortage will be fixed. No possible yo have a late checkout even rooms vacancy

Don’t be fooled by the outside of the building….the inside is amazing! The rooms better than most big name hotel groups! Spacious, well appointed, clean and super comfortable!!! Well done!!!

Just stayed at the Chapmans Peak Hotel.
Our room had 2 balconies overlooking the beach at Hout Bay the room was comfortably furnished with
a modern well equipped bathroom with seperate bath and shower.

I had the most wonderful time staying at Chapmans Peak Hotel. The service, the room and the food was absolutely of high standard. I will highly recommend this hotel. It is located in the most beautiful surroundings and you have the Hoist Bay Beach right across the road from you.

The venue was in pristine condition. Room was well serviced.
All the staff was friendly and welcoming and really added to the experience.
The food at the restaurant was delicious and well prepared. The staff made one feel part of the family.
