Had a 2 day break in La Chataigne and wish we could have stayed longer. We stayed in Noir cottage. Absolutely beautiful. So Stylish. Beautiful views and our own pool. It was idyllic. The cottage has a braai; there is an excellent vegetable garden , it was a real treat to pick fresh lettuce and herbs to accompany our evening meals. We also enjoyed playing boules in a stunning setting. Watching the sun go down over the mountains from our deck was so special. Highly recommended.

We stayed 2 nights in the Blanc stable cottage. It is modern with the most beautiful view and the cottage has everything you need. We celebrated out 21st wedding anniversary and it was definitely the perfect choice! The pool and terrace is perfect to watch the sun set. We will definitely visit again!
This little gem was exactly what we needed for Valentines day. Wonderful place with soul, little cottage souranded by nature where peace was guaranteed.

We got upgraded to Chestnut cottage due to special occasion and new baby on the way and are are truly grateful.
Spent 4 nights here and it was an absolute dream. Everything you need except food but they did leave us milk, tea and coffee!! The place was spotless, modern, well presented and felt like home from home. The pool was clean, well kept and a gas bbq, there was also wood if we wanted a fire! We will be back!
Our stay in the newly renovated Chestnut cottage was fabulous. Set on the edge of a flowing stream its privacy and peace is perfect. The decor is elegant and modern with no expense spared on comfort and convenience. Views across the vineyards , private pool, easy parking and access to the cottage all a pleasure. I would return in a heartbeat!

Unfortunately the three days were marred with bad weather, rain and cold winds, so no outside activity. The Braii area is under the patio, so if we wrapped up we could cook. The kitchen was a bit tight and only two comfortable seats in the lounge. There is no TV or games, the two bedroomed cottage is tight for two couples.
Would certainly visit again, but book a cottage with private pool.
