This is a quaint guest house with very welcoming and helpful hosts. The breakfast and lounge area is v nice and even has a fireplace- the fire was lit when I arrived which was lovely! The breakfast was amazing and the location is perfect-off the main street so nice and quiet but still walkable from the wine tram stop. I would come again!
if you want a cozy warm, very nicely arranged room, you should come here. its like a second family, they´ll treat you like part of the community andn you´ll enjoy an incredible breakfast by the fireplace.

This home is very convenient to walk around front hawk day and night and yet it is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are beautifully appointed, and all the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. They serve a wonderful breakfast ( best we had on whole trip) and we highly recommend this charming, comfortable home/hotel.
