This home is very convenient to walk around front hawk day and night and yet it is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are beautifully appointed, and all the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. They serve a wonderful breakfast ( best we had on whole trip) and we highly recommend this charming, comfortable home/hotel.
Lovely room, and wonderfully friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Great location for the Wine Tram information point. Walking distance to all restaurants and bars. Off street parking available too.

Stairs might be a problem for older people, but we had a wonderful overnight stay. Breakfast very nice, friendly helpful staff! Thanks for everything!
Old and noisy place. Our room was ok but the floor (and ceiling) were so noisy that you are a wake as soon as anyone in the building makes two steps. Very small area for breakfast and a pool for max.2p.

We could not sleep from 5:30am when our neighbors from above started walking around.

When you booked you new that it was an historic building with wooden floors.
I am very sorry that you had such a bad experience in our beautiful home.
We have a lovely breakfast area outside when the weather is nice.
We do not advertise a Swimming Pool BUT only a Spash Pool and I am sure 4 guests can easily cool down in the Splash Pool.
I suggest that you book a modern Guest House in Franschhoek next time

Central location, fantastic hospitality,cozy rooms, good breakfast in a nice little garden. Like coming home to your loved ones who dont know what good they can do for you.If We should have the opportunity to visit beatyful Franschoek again we will certainly book here.
