A romantic and quirky B&B with stunning en-suite rooms with large baths, and an excellent breakfast (which can be eaten in the cute garden when the weather permits it). Our room 'Superior' had a fabulous en-suite with a large stand-alone bath and all the little amenities you could need. My parents also had a large balcony which we greatly enjoyed having sundowners on. Couldn't fault it at all, lovely owners, we were there for the one night and we wish we could've stayed longer. A nice touch was the sherry in all the rooms, and the rusks and coffee to enjoy on a morning; bottled water in the mini fridge was also really helpful. Very convenient place to stay, close to the wine tram station!

Room tip: All the bells&whistles. Parents room had a large private balcony which we enjoyed drinks on.

We stayd for 1 night. Wish we could stay longer. Beautifull place and furniture.
Lovely bed and excellent bedding and towels. Electric blankets definitely a plus point. Very clean. The beakfast table was 5 star and the food scrumptious. Retha and the staff very friendly and helpfull. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Three days in this lovely guesthouse! We both enjoyed our stay at Elsa's and Jaco's very much, for many reasons:
hosts and their staff very friendly and helpful,
cosy room under the roof,
delicious breakfast and perfect coffee,
excellent service in every respect!
We didn't miss anything and...... would like to come again!!

The facilities are very confortable. The rooms are very nice, especially the bed. So confy.
The guest house is very well located, in walking distance from the main street and all the restaurants.
Breakfast is very good. The staff is very nice and helpful. The owners sometimes can be a bit surprising, but very nice after all. The video cameras inside the guest house gave us the chills sometimes, it is the only weak point.

It was wonderful to be back at Centre Ville in Franschhoek again. Elsa and Jaco and their team cannot do enough for you and everything is comfortable and relaxing - we will be back again next year and I am sure it will be as good as always. Thanks very much to you all for excellent service.
