Stayed for three days in June, 2018. I can’t say enough good things about Fleur de Lis. It’s the full Jersey Shore experience without Snooki, JWow or The Situation! This is more family oriented. You’ve got ocean views with a very large beach - beach access is directly across street, a large pool, Wildwood Crest with (3) boardwalks full of rides and games, bicycling, parking and the most helpful, courteous staff ever! Stayed in a room that sleeps 6. Two beds in back BR and a pull out sofa. Sofa bed was new and so comfortable, I called owner to ask about manufacturer. Owner was uber helpful! Accommodations, furniture and room was in pristine condition - and I’m a real clean freak! If that’s not enough, check out all of the restaurants within walking distance! Note, there’s a no liquor ban for all restaurants in Wildwood Crest.

There are plenty of places and choices for a resort stay near this one, but this one is one of the few that looks well kept, clean and pleasant to stay at. The staff is definitely friendly and kind, they smile and greet you and help with anything you need. The guests are also very nice and friendly. The pool area was well maintained and so were the rooms. Very close, a few feet away, from the beach. You can catch the sunset and sunrise each day from the balcony. Close to light houses, arcade and restaurants.

Very well run, staff is incredible, grounds are very clean, and rooms are renovated. Nothing is broken, it’s safe and even the clientele is very nice.

Staff is friendly while remaining fair to maintain a great experience for all guests and for the borough.

What a fantastic motel! I'm used to scuzzy beach motels that are just a room to leave your stuff in but this was actually a nice place to stay. When we checked in, the front desk people(i believe one was the manager) were very friendly and let us into our room early. Later in the week they even delivered a package we had to emergency order from amazon right up to our room when we arrived back! When one of the blinds broke the maintenance man was there immediately and was very insistent (in a kind, not pushy way) on helping us out so we'd be able to use them properly even when we said it was fine. Everyone there seemed like they genuinely wanted us to have a good experience and they did a stellar job! Overall, the place was incredibly clean and comfortable with a friendly and inviting atmosphere. While we were there, it was calm and with a few families, no partying or crazy neighbors which may just be the time we were there. Pool was clean and great temperature and the chairs were comfy to lay out in. There was a grill at the pool that we saw them clean daily if not more often, and even washed the windows regularly. The room cleaners had a very lengthy check list and you can tell that they take it to heart, even the details. It's right near the beach so you can walk down and back up for lunch with just a few minutes of walking. The boardwalk is a few minutes walk and then you can rent bikes or grab the tram car to get to the heart of the boardwalk. You do only get one parking spot but it was early enough in the season that we could find street parking nearby. Definitely recommend this place.

Room tip: Clean , friendly , great location

We were traveling with our family and another family, 9 people in total. Coming back to the NYC area from Washington DC we decided to try and find a place on the Jersey Shore to spend a night and a day. Reviews were excellent so we called for availability. Tom was totally friendly and helpful on the phone, answering every one of our questions and helping us through the booking process, with multiple calls from our 2 families. We arrived late, but they helped get us in our rooms quickly. Rooms were clean and laid out well. The sofa bed was just as comfortable as Tom said it would be! (Actually, the sofa bed was more comfortable than the real bed in some other hotels!) Even though we checked out at 11 the next day, the staff remained ridiculously friendly and helpful as we stayed for the day using the pool and beach. All around great place! Definitely considering returning for an actual vacation there!!!
