There is so much style and charm in the building. We stopped for lunch. They have such a nice menu with specials during the week. You can eat inside or weather permitting, outside on the front porch. The outside dinning provides views of Main St. allowing interesting people watching while you eat.

Great lil venue! The place was cozy and friendly .

Menu was small but had some interesting and tasty choices!!! Especially the three cheese grilled cheese!!!

Inside has a cozy and regal bar and Resturant if it gets chilly out, tho they did have overhead heaters outside!!!

It’s a great place to grab a light lunch, cocktail and then people watch! Bon appetite!!

Walking down Bridge Street with the intention of eating across the river, in New Hope, we stopped to look at the lovely Lambertville House. The restaurant can be enjoyed in different areas: the street side front porch, the comfortable bar area, of the courtyard out back. We chose the courtyard and enjoyed the grand weather.

Our waitress was timely, polite, and knowledgeable. We started with grilled artichokes, which were outstanding! My friend thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful tomato soup and 4 cheese grilled sandwich and I had a smoked salmon (delight!) grilled with raclette cheese. Each sandwich was served with a fantastically flavored potato salad. Service was spot-on.

The manager, John, answered our questions about the hotel and catering offerings of the Lambert House. Glad we chose to have lunch here, as we thoroughly enjoyed. I would definitely return and think the bar would be a nice place to catch up with friends.

Located in the historic Lambertville House Hotel, the restaurant consists of a small backside dining area overlooking a small courtyard, a lounge/bar area and outdoor dining in front of the hotel. Built in 1812, we ate in the attractive bar area that had 2 fireplaces, a classic little bar and a window looking out of the front of the hotel. The bar and room oozed charm and had a happy hour with $3 Coors Lights, drink specials and a daily food special. We had the salmon burger that turned out to be a combination of a burger and salmon salad together and a little too gooey and the potato salad was ok. We probably would give the food a 3.5, but the atmosphere it so fantastic we will certainly be back to try some other menu items.

We , two couples, stopped at the historic hotel for dr Los and snacks in the cozy bar/lounge. We had a nice corner and enjoyed well crafted cocktails and beer along with simple snacks. We live historic properties and this fits the bill. This is right on the main road a couple blocks from the bridge over Delaware river to New Hope. They also have a nice porch out front to enjoy weather permitting.
