Clean throughout-large variety of animals in large well-maintained facilities. Well-marked signs. Clean restrooms. Friendly staff. Wonderful shaded picnic areas. And no admission! Donations requested and they are well-deserved. After an extremely disappointing visit to the Philadelphia Zoo which is grossly overpriced in every way and lacking in informative signs this was a real eye-opener as to what a zoo can offer. Spent a very enjoyable 2 1/2 hours-didn't see it all and looking forward to a return visit

Fabulous zoo with a great variety of animals including Snow Leopards, Jaguar, red panda, lion, zebras, bison and many more. Lovely shady walkways, raised boardwalks and overlooks. Great day out!

We've been visiting the Cape May County Zoo for over 20 years now. It is a staple on every visit to the shore in June. It's amazing to see how it has transformed and grown. It is a no-fee facility, but I always make it a point to donate $20. The zoo deserves it. The volunteer staff are all friendly and helpful. There is a food and refreshment stand in the zoo and just outside the zoo.

It has been a few years since we last visited the Cape May County Zoo. This is a world class zoo in many aspects, a gem in the rough. Varied types of animals in natural habitat, All well cared for by a fabulous staff. Giraffe, Bear, Zebra, many types of birds, turtles, otter, Capybara and the list goes on. Bring the whole family to enjoy a day at the Zoo. The operation is run by donations so give generously.

A local zoo that is really done right. Just the right size for a day with or without he kids. We were impressed with the reptile house, safari area, and the general lay out. We "before season' but still was a nice crowd. A family or couples place , really glad we took the time.
