Nanci was great! The place was very clean and cozy. The location was awesome. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to stay in North Conway.
My fiance and I rented out Nanci place for a few nights. The moment we walked in, it feels homey. Nanci had spices, tea, coffee, condiments, toiletries, a Wii, etc. We were able to take a nice walk from the cabin, with a lantern that she has for you use. Having the washer and dryer was beneficial when our clothes were soaked from a weekend of snow tubing and hiking. We will definitely be staying again in the near future.
This has become our home away from home. My 7 and 10 yo boys love Puddin Hill. We can stay here and feel like we have all the comforts of home at a reasonable cost. The kitchen is well-stocked, the bedrooms are cozy and the sprial staircase is a major hit for my boys. The dogs love coming here too and it's nice that we can all vacation as a family. Nanci is so responsive and friendly. We always look forward to our biannual stays here in N. Conway and no doubt have made many memories here. I am almost afraid to give away our secret! Thanks for always being so kind Nanci!
My wife and I travel from central Maine to North Conway every year for a weekend getaway. We have stayed at this property for the last 3 years and love it. It is walking distance to the shopping outlets and a short drive to everything else the area has to offer. The property is always clean and tidy when we show up and Nanci is always very responsive.
This is a functional affordable house for those looking to visit the White Mountains. Right on the Saco River and a half hour drive to good hiking. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen and nice grill on the porch. Our group was also a fan of the quite comfortable couches and chairs. There was a bit of an off odor in the bathroom throughout our stay - reminiscent of cat litter? Convenient location, but a tiny bit confusing getting there. You have to drive through some emergency access gates to get to the house. Great views of the mountains though. Minor detail - the front door sticks horribly and scrapes the floor.
