I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights using Booking.com one month in advance. I received a confirmation email with a confirmation number. One week before the trip I received another email with the same confirmation number.
We arrived right around midnight on 6/21 to check in. They had no record of our reservation and the woman at the counter said they were completely full. She called the manager and the manager, from what I could gather, said the same thing. The woman at the front desk suggested we call the hotel across the street. At that point I realized they were just waiting for us to leave, so we did. Unfortunately, the hotel across the street was full too. No rooms and more importantly no help to rectify the situation deserves a bad review in my opinion.
