Spent the day sightseeing before returning to the condo. Sat on the deck which has a beautiful view of the mountains. Was absolutely breathtaking. The condo was very clean and had everything we would have needed should we have wanted to cook. Also has a jacuzzi! I would definitely love to return to this resort and would recommend it to anyone wishing to visit the White Mountain area. Unfortunately we did not have time to enjoy the pool, sauna or work out area.

Very pleased with accommodations and location of this resort. Amenities were excellent with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, a full gym and a games room. Unit was great size with loft...and beds were very comfortable. Beautiful view from every balcony of the Washington Valley (North Conway).

I originally wanted to leave a 4 star review, but the staff's help and friendliness brought that up to 5 stars.

I booked 113A for 4 nights for myself and one other person. The website showed the room was on the second floor, had a balcony, two person whirlpool bathtub, full kitchen, and king size bed, which is all of the amenities we were looking for.

We arrived around 9pm and check In was quick. The ladies at the front desk gave us directions to the gas station to pick up some cold medicine, because I had gotten sick, and let is know to call them if we needed anything.

First walking in to the apartment we loved the place. The view was amazing, the kitchen was updated and had a coffee maker, full stove/overn, microwave, dishwasher, and pretty much anything you could need like dishes, blenders, cookware, etc. We were provided free New England coffee and sugar which was great.

The bedroom had light blocking shades which was great since we like yo sleep until 9 or 10. The curtains were beautiful, and the closet and dresser were perfect. I loved the king sized bed, but my partner thought the mattress was too firm. There were several pillows which was nice, and the sheets were clean. The bedroom also had a decent flat screen with basic cable and a DVD player which was not advertised/shown on the website, but a pleasant surprise since we sleep with our TV on.

The bathroom was great and looked to be in overall good condition. There was a hair dryer provided as well. I loved the jetted tub which was definitely large enough for two people, and the water stayed warm throughout my hour long bath.

The living room was great and we loved the view and the fireplace. The tv in the living room was a good size but the picture seemed a little weird, and there were so many remotes it was hard to figure out which one we were supposed to use. The remote for the Netflix ended up being on top of the fire place, and there were two identical remotes, only one of which had batteries. The wifi worked well and the password was taped to the fridge.

We met the cleaning staff on our last day, and they were very nice. I've stayed in vacation rentals before, but noticed some of the more detailed cleaning could've been done better. Underneath the bed looked very dusty, and we found a children's book under there on our first night. The bathroom was very clean other than inside the tub jets, which we cleaned ourselves. Some of the dishes were a little dirty from crusted food. The carpet In the bedroom and probably living room could stand a steam clean or upgrade, as there were some stains in the bedroom and burn holes in the living room, presumably from when there was a log fireplace. But out of everything those were really the only cons of our stay, and easy enough to deal with.

The front desk staff gave us great recommendations for food and activities, and even let us use snow shoes on two separate days free of charge. They have a few snow shoeing trails, but we were told they don't keep up with them in the winter. We parked behind the mountain Lodge (family friendly pool) and made our own way, and found a gorgeous Creek and some cool animal tracks. We also got discount tickets for tubing, and lift tickets were available as well.

The resort amenities were lovely as well. They have so much to offer we tried getting it all done in the little time we had. The sheep at the bottom of the mountain were a cool feature and we liked checking them out. The family friendly pool was great - they have a heated indoor pool, a heated outdoor pool, inside and outside hot tubs, and a sauna. The outdoor pool was great. The adults only fitness center with the outdoor hot tub was our favorite And had a great view and a small gym available for use, and we saw another heated outdoor pool on the map but didn't find it. There is also a game room which was cool and had ping pong and pool tables, along with a smaller room to watch TV with a small selection of books to read. The resort hosts a nightly bonfire by request, where you can make smores. They also offer movie night packages of rental movies with popcorn and snacks.

Overall we had a lovely time. It was very relaxing sitting by the fire drinking tea, or looking out at the mountain with coffee in the morning. They have tons of summertime activities as well and some small hiking trails on the property. Room 113As owners had N adorable guest book for everyone to sign and was super cozy. We can't wait to go back!

I felt like a grandma place but not in a good way
The apartment had fixtures older than me and I ain't no spring chicken. For the same price, I could have gone to a better place
Not sure why this place has 4 stars
