Our corner room on the 17th floor was comfy, quiet, and had great views of the city. There is a security guard at the elevators making sure everyone going up has a room key. The lobby is nicely decorated and the casino is clean, convenient, and fun.
The pool was under construction but we were told we could use St. Mary’s indoor pool and gym free of charge.

The seafood buffet on Friday is a thumbs up, I love the crab, NY steak and much more and for the room it was a nice room clean and comfort and the bathroom is also nice. I will definitely come back here.

Room Tip: downtown view

Haven't been to Reno for many, many years. Stayed 1 night at the Silver Legacy. It was just ok. Nothing fancy. Room was clean and ample self service parking. Casino was floor was very nice and clean. Service was average. I can't believe how slow downtown Reno become.

Good afternoon Mr. Glenn,

Thank you for taking the time to rate your recent visit and for your three stars. We are sorry that we did not provide a five star experience and you were somewhat disappointed. Reno has been changing quite a bit over the years and we feel our three properties, The Row, now has amazing choices, places to eat, shops and multiple games to entertain our guests. We hope we can be of service for you again in the near future. In September, our fabulous new Spa/Fitness and Pool areas reopen and should be quite spectacular.

Respectfully,
Chris

Booked this hotel several months back, booked it for the gym and the pool as we were on a road trip and thought this could be a nice place to stop and lay by the pool. Got to check in and the lady behind the counter said the gym isn't open but you can use the gym down the road.. okay, not ideal but fine. Weren't until we looked around the hotel and noticed you couldn't get to the pool either. Customer services said well, you should have known this!? Um.. how?? We have requested to check out early and the first person said ok, went down the following morning and that person said they wouldn't refund me and now they are saying they "should" be able to! "Should"? There was blood all over the hair dryer in the bathroom and a lot of hair on the sheets!?? When we checked in, we were asked if a mountain view was okay? Mountain view? Sounds quite nice. Not sure a car park constitutes as a nice view? DO NOT STAY HERE. I don't normally do bad reviews but this was too bad not to. Hotel staff seem completely uninterested, they do not care about your stay at all and can't understand the issue with people who aren't here to gamble all day.

Let’s be real. All hotels are the same evena the suites. It’s the staff that makes hotel great. The silver legacy staff helped us greatly when we were traveling with our two month old. Recommend highly if your travels take you to Reno.
