Loved the Stay Well room, 24th floor, but kept room on coolest setting and was still hot. Appreciated the goodie bag of masks and sanitizer upon arrival. Tub is large and perfect for a long soak.. Played mostly at the sports book bar (video poker) - play was good and bartenders were present when I needed anything. Housekeeping was excellent. No Keurig in room, boo.. Hope to go back soon!

I travelled with my significant other to Las Vegas for some R & R. It snowed and was colder than expected. Also, the pandemic caused a lot of entertainment to be halted. However, choosing to stay at the Bellagio was a great choice. We had a fountain view room and beautiful view. I would stay at this property again. We had a wonderful experience. I could not be happier.
Oksana Shimanovich exceeds expectations in the role of VIP Services. She adapts to change easily, works well under pressure with a positive attitude and is detail oriented. Oksana goes beyond the call of duty by seeking out and following up with customers as well as with other departments in order to make the customer happy.
Oksana is always courteous, knowledgeable and tries to be helpful. She always maintains a competent and professional demeanor in dealing with customers as well as with her colleagues. Displays initiative and enthusiasm during everyday work. During the interaction with customers, she demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.
Takes messages, writes correspondence, deals with customers and coworkers with attention to details.
Answers all questions promptly and accurately. Always follows through and finds the answers to any questions and reports back to the customer promptly.

I got a complimentary upgrade to a suite and I thought It was for both days, only to find out that they wanted $800 for the second day. Not cool with the 2nd day price they switched my room for $300 which was not as nice as other properties In the city. It was my wife's birthday, it sucked. I didn't like the bait and switch. Nice hotel though.
We love its location on the strip and the overall elegance of the hotel. Recommend this hotel anyone one. The staff is wonderful and our host Anne Marie is amazing; she met all our needs and went above and beyond. Will be back soon.
Staywell room was large with nice bathroom/amenities. Robert at the front desk was efficient, courteous and provided excellent customer service. The property was clean and employees appeared to be following CDC recommendations. Wonderful experience this far.
