Not only was the food amazing, but we had excellent service in a beautiful atmosphere, and the food was plated very elegantly. Perfect for my friend's birthday dinner

Turned up at lunchtime without a reservation and they seated 7 of us - good start.

You can see the flame ovens in the kitchen (it is all open), fascinating.

We asked the waiter to recommend some dishes for us - it worked well, we seemed to get the best they had to offer,

Highly reccomended.

We have dined here twice previously and had a wonderful experience. Jose Andres' cuisine is exceptional. This time we had lunch and they offer a prix fixe menu of three different tapas. So the two of us got to taste six different tapas and all were delicious. Plus it's a great environment and we had a wonderful server. My favorite place in the Cosmopolitan.

We came here for restaurant week. The menu was great. I particularly liked the shrimp and lobster croquettes, the gazpacho and the gin and Tonic sorbet. For $50 the menu was spectacular and almost too much to eat.

We also had the suggested wine flight which paired so well with the food.

We decided to go here because of all the humanitarian work chef Andres does.

Our server, Mary, was extraordinary. I will definitely come here again when I come to Las Vegas!

Expensive, tasteless , the plates were pretentious , small . We couldn't find anything of that Spanish spirit.
The service was inexperienced, dropping things all night.
There are so many good places to go en vegas but this one is not one of them.
Never coming again.
