We had a great lunch at Holsteins! The mushroom aioli burger was amazing, and the Campfire Smore Vodka Milkshake was insane, I would highly recommend it!

We had the Gold Standard burger, added a fried egg on top with fries and onion rings for $25. Not bad for a restaurant at The Cosmopolitan. We chose not to dine in and opted to go to the room and have dinner on the balcony so I can't speak for the service.

Went on a Saturday afternoon and it was packed. Our server Drew was attentive and fast. The Fungi Burger was ok but not worth the price. Inn n out is a better burger. If you go, be ready to drop some major cash. A draft beer costs $9 but i wasn't at a sports stadium. No TVs in the dining area, only at the bar. Portion sizes were pretty small. Better off going to Fatburger.

Very filling milkshake, you can just order milkshakes to go from the bar. Delicious, go for their speciality ones.
