On a night that was supposed to be the most happy in our lives, this alleged "premium" facility took our money (not a small amount) and then forgot to schedule our reception area. No returned emails, (unless of course there was money involved), no returned phone calls and completely acted like they knew we had to fly back to California in a day or two and hoped to never here from us again. When we were contacted by the catering manager (after 6 months and some REALLY bad social media exposure) they reviewed the case and offered us a two night stay in a suite(within 12 months!) Really? No thank's. I think I will just make sure everybody knows our story. By the way, if you go to Yelp, and other review sites, you will see this theme played out over and over. Here is a great idea--don't get married there, just pay to go to the tower with your photographer and take some pictures. Run, run as fast as you can, you only get married once, it seemed our marriage was just another marginal day to the management and staff at this facility.
