We have been going out on their catamaran for years as it is a very enjoyable excursion. We had reservations today at noon but they called us yesterday to say that this trip was cancelled due to mechanical concerns and they moved is to the 2:30 pm trip. We arrived more than an hour early to check in and they confirmed that the trip would happen. We went out onto the pier and, more than an hour later, we were advised that they did not have a captain for this trip. The captain we have always ridden with, Gary, is outstanding but he was not scheduled. We were not told why there was an issue, only that there have been problems in this area for a few days.
It is irritating that they lied to us about the mechanical issues and that they did not let us know about the cancellation much earlier. Terrible customer service.
