A small castle, still privately owned. The thing here is the beech forest surrounding the castle. It´s a big gallery full of interesting installations varied from huge red balls high up in the trees to a full size intricately painted train car and everything in between. We had a nice walk in the park, the trees themselves are very beautiful too. Particularly if you come from a part of Sweden where beech forests are rare, which I do. There is a very old oak tree in the park where the "Snapphanarna" were, according to legend, hanged back in the days. There are places where you can sit and relax. After the walk in the park you can have lunch or coffe at the restaurant. There is a gift shop with nice handicraft and locally made food. A place to recommend.
