Basic motel in high priced W. Yellowstone. Clean, but dated and very basic. But, it was just about the only place under $200/nt. In W. Yellowstone....in season. Walking distance to everything the town has to offer, like cheesy tourist shops and hokey tourist attractions.

Thank you for your honest review of the City Center Motel. You are correct that most rooms in and around Yellowstone sell for $250-500+ per night. We try to keep our rates lower than most (starting at $150/night, peak season), and offer value in our clean rooms, well maintained, and newly re-furnished accommodations. I hope you enjoyed your time in Yellowstone ~Scott~

No amenities, however the bed was okay and it’s pet friendly and the price was okay. The rooms seemed clean but a lot of air freshener smell. There was a coffee pot but no hair blower. It was perfect for me and my new puppy!

Last minute booking. Seems like not a lot of places that were pet friendly so we booked this place. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was no frills but we slept well. 1st night I was concerned with it being noisy but ended up not being a problem. If you are looking for a basic room and shower this will work.

This was a find and my husband and I were very pleased with the accommodations. Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Scott, the owner was extremely helpful, especially as we changed a day of our stay. Diane and Mike at the front desk were also very accommodating and pleasant. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Our reservations for 3 nights here was set up by National Park Reservations because we thought we had a place to stay inside Yellowstone but didn't. So I was very skeptical about this place to stay. While not the top of the line hotel, it offered just what we needed while there. It was in a good location. We were able to park right outside our room. There is a community room that has a kitchen, tv, tables and couches. We were able to heat up some frozen breakfast items so that we could get on the road faster than if we had to wait at a restaurant. There was a large refrigerator to keep our milk and oj cold as well as other things. It had Western theme and the room was plenty large enough for two people. The room was clean too. No complaints here!
