Being right by the Arch with a view from our window was extraordinarily. Room neatly decorated and clean. Andrea, concierge, gave us some great tips on local restaurants for our family. She also personally took the boys to get a treat and greeted us each time we returned from an outing. The only downside is no pool but the boys didn’t mind with everything else so close by. Photo is view from hospitality suite.

We had such a wonderful time! Everyone was so helpful and so nice. Everyone went above and beyond to make our trip memorable! We went for our daughter 11th birthday. Once I mentioned it was her birthday in a email, they did everything they could to make sure that she had the best trip ever. Balloons and a beautiful cake were waiting for her when we arrived in our room! Andrea was amazing and we will stay again just because of her!

Booked here to tour St. Louis. Hotel was excellent. Checked in before we got there by phone. Room and key was ready and waiting. Stayed on the club floor, a wonderful experience - Breakfast, snacks, coffee great and with a great view. Stay here for a great experience.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The views and proximity to the Arch can’t be beat. Once the construction around the Arch is finished, it’ll be a really quick walk to the Arch. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The parking was expensive and we had to pay $39 per day for the valet service because the self-parking lot was full. But I would definitely stay here again!!

andreabrosto,

We're happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. The first fencing around the Arch came down two days ago. Almost there!

We got an upgrade to a partial Arch-view room (985). The room was smallish, but had everything we needed, including an almost complete view of the Arch from the corner of the room. The staff was friendly and helpful and provided parking options. We arrived on a Sunday and found a meter nearby. (No fee at meters on Sunday or holidays until 8am the following day, and with meter and tag info, you can pay from a smart phone.)
