The gardens are a great place to visit throughout the warm seasons. There's always something new to see. They are awlways working on something new when you go there.

I always make sure to stop by when visiting St Louis. The garden is fun to visit in every season, along with its thousands of unique plants, it also has some really incredible artwork and statues. I love the Ottoman garden and always visit the Japanese garden as well. Check their website for special events!

My wife and I visited the gardens here for the second time in three years. This visit was during the last week of June, the weather was cool with low humidity. We got there at opening time and spent three hours, they were not large crowds at all. The daylily garden was spectacular. We met a volunteer there who was more than informative and gave us a mini tour of the area. Staff were courteous & fantastic. The family garden center was something we did not see the last time we were here and was excellent. We got some great ideas on how to design our own garden and color coordinate based on what we saw today.

Thank Gary H

St. Louis is lucky to have this world class botanical garden in the heart of the city! If you are new to the area, take the narrated tram ride through the garden. There are so many special events that are more than worth the price of admission! Even better, become a member and get in for free.
