Recommended by a work colleague, I went with family and my dog.
It is such a beautiful rural park, there were volunteers there at the time restoring waterways. There was a lake were the children were playing/ paddling. The car park I went into was a bit small had a bit of trouble finding a parking space, cafe in the car park which made burger, sandwiches, toasties etc.. There is a riding school at the back so the horses are going through the park.
We done a lovely walk around on the footpath a beautiful place to visit.
There is also a garden centre around another lane adjecent to the park but I haven't visited that as yet. Not a good place if you can't walk very well. I taken mum and she walked a little bit, but then stayed in the cafe until we walked around.

Love coming here it's very peaceful and a great dog walk although it's not a huge place but there's a lot of different walk ways to take xxxx

Daisy nook park is a good spot overall and cuts across to park bridge. Nice all round but would avoid rabbit clough for dogging and while area for swingers in the dark hours.
