“Paradise Found!”
Reviewed 28 May 2014 for a stay in March 2014

If you are looking for an amazing getaway...this is i! We enjoyed this casa atop the jungle with the most amazing view...and it's just a few minutes from the town of Sayulita and San Pancho. We were so happy that we chose to stay outside of the town for the peace and quiet..the birds flying among the trees was a constant show. The drive up the hill was fun through the lush canopy. .The casa was super clean and the manager was super helpful and even arranged a car rental for us which made it easy when traveling to a different country. Great pool with the huge panorama of the ocean view. We enjoyed the private beaches within walking distance. We loved "tacos on the street" for their fresh smoothies and great tacos and when you have your fill of mexican food, pizza vientta on the north end of Sayulita was awesome. We willl be back!!! Great for a small family.

“Secluded Retreat”
Reviewed 28 February 2014 for a stay in January 2014

Casa Jubiloso is secluded and spectacular. We loved our stay there. It's a beautiful Casa with incredible ocean views and sunsets every night. We felt very safe. It's a 2 mile walk into Sayulita on a one lane dirt road - we liked the exercise. You can take a cab if the walk is too much. About a 15 minute walk to the beach - some days we were the only folks on the beach. Very quiet and peaceful - a perfect retreat. Lovely accommodations - spacious living area, full kitchen, bathroom with lovely shower, comfortable bed. We can hardly wait to return!

“Loved our stay at Casa Jubiloso”

My girlfriend and I recently had the pleasure of staying for a week at the lovely Casa Jubiloso. This was our first time using VRBO and we loved every minute of our vacation! We wanted to have a rental that was out of the way but close enough to Sayulita to enjoy the little town as well, but not the nightlife noise of being in town. Casa Jubiloso is located south of town about a 30-40 minute walk in, which we did almost every day. Most of the walk is lovely thru jungle canopy, and we would take a $10-12 taxi back at night, to the very quiet casa. We rented the top half of the house, (1Bd/1Ba) and it was exactly as the pictures show, and very spacious. Very clean, (the house was cleaned M-W-F while we stayed), and the views are amazing. We saw whales migrating every day from the beautiful patio, and enjoyed many sunsets as well. There is basically a private beach a ten minute walk down the hill that we spent many afternoons on and never shared it with anyone else, unlike the busy beach in Sayulita. This rental is perfect for a couple like us, or two couples if you rent the bottom half as well. We rented a golf cart for a couple of days in Sayulita when we wanted to be more mobile to and from the casa. We took the advice of Terri and used the car service she suggested to stop for groceries for plenty of food at the house being that Sayulita is 40 mins walk, and we didn't feel the need for a rental car. Steve and Terri the property managers were a wealth of knowledge, and a great resource for answering any questions we had. We had the pleasure of meeting Norm and Judy the owners, and we want to thank them for proving such a beautiful place for us to spend our vacation. We have already referred several friends to this property who plan on traveling later in the year, and we will definitely be returning to Casa Jubiloso.

“I wanna go back so bad right now!”
Reviewed 19 February 2014 for a stay in January 2014

I've been so busy with my crazy busy life I'm glad i finally have some time to write this review. Relaxation and adventure, my finace and I did it all on our 8 day stay at Casa Jubiloso. We've done the all inclusive thing and it's great for what it is. We were looking for something different. Exploring beaches, hiking and going on a boat cruise to sitting by the private pool watching the sunset with the most amazing view I've ever experienced. The town of Sayulita is bursting with character that we immersed ourselves in every second night at the many above average restaurants that dot the streets. Knowing that we are going back to paradise every night, what a feeling. I know I sound like i'm exaggerating but I'M NOT. If you are looking for something away from the riff-raff and you're not afraid of a little bit of a dirt road and a few bugs, BAM here it is.

“A Rare Priviledge!”
Reviewed 29 January 2014 for a stay in December 2013

Casa Jubiloso is an incredible find for anyone looking for a real escape. The location is truly extraordinary--you are deep in an unspoiled jungle environment, but because of the hilltop location, you have a sense of vast open space around you. This is not a place for anyone who needs programed entertainment--the chief diversions here are watching the cavorting tropical birds and experiencing truly magical sunsets.

The upper unit is incredibly spacious, and the kitchen has everything that you need to be self-sufficient. The pool is a real treat, especially when you're feeling too lazy for the (lovely) walk to the beach, or when you've finished the slog back up the hill from the beach! The house doesn't have any real designer flourishes, but it is clean and well built, and a remarkable value given the privileged location. If you are looking for solitude, but don't want to go on an endless journey to get there, this is the place!
