We booked the French Quarter Resort and were expecting a 2 bedroom 2 bath modern condo as pictures indicated at the time. When we arrived we discovered we were only allowed to have a 1 bedroom 1 bath some sort of booking mix up. When our daughter visited during the week, our granddaughters had to sleep in the floor. Not quite the hospitality we like to provide to our kids. We made the best of it. We returned to the condo one evening having been gone all day seeing shows and having dinner to find our key to the door did not access the door. After trip to the office to have our door keys reprogrammed, we were still locked out. It was cold and raining and everyone needed to go, if you know what I mean. They had to call the maintenance man. He could not get in. They called a second maintenance man and we were finally allowed back in our condo. The maintenance man said they needed to replace the door lock but they didn't do it. Two nights later, same thing. We arrived back at the condo having been out all day and found the key would not access the door. After another trip to the office to reprogram the key they called the maintenance man back to let us in. When we lodged a complaint, the supervisor, Tiffany, stated they had gone above and beyond their obligation to us because on the previous night we had been given a voucher for a discount on one of the activities in Branson. We were supposed to assume calling the maintenance man every time we needed access to our room was normal?
After an examination of the grounds, I'm not so sure the place is safe as all the concrete in the stairwells and landings are severely cracked! Take it from me, stay here at your own risk!
