Our first night’s pay was what was quoted and correct but we stayed 3 nights and there were added fees for each new day without warning! The explanation to my husband was, “Oh that’s our rate going in to the weekend”!
Well, had we been told that little/big detail we would and could have stayed at a much nicer place for the price we ended up paying. No Joke!
We were in Room 234.
The dishwasher is falling out of the cabinet and NOT bolted in.
Our trash was NEVER emptied as it stated it would be in the room papers. No garbage bags were left for us and the one inside the trash can was so thin that it tore when we thought about emptying it ourselves. Have no idea where we could have taken it but we were willing to do it.
Our closet door was broken and off the hinge.
Had to fix our bedroom curtain this was off of the hooks and not able to close.
Rust on the tub.
The tub stopper broken.
When the maid came on the second day we were getting ready to leave and she acted as if she was aggravated to have to even check our room.
She asked “do y’all need anything”. I said yes, we will need our hand towels replaced and some wash cloths..she walked in frustrated and acted as if she did not want to be there at all!
Our daughter and son in law joined us in the 2nd bedroom we rented for them and brought their pet. There was a 75.00 non-refundable fee for the pet which we paid without a blink just so our kids could be with us.
I can see a pet fee allowance in case of incidentals, yes, but 75.00 Non-refundable fee?
What a rip-off!

Felt unsafe at night in the area to go out to my vehicle alone.
This will be our last time to stay at Staybridge suites in Ridgeland, MS. And I will always ask to see the room before signing the dotted line from now on!
The staff in the lobby however was friendly going in and out of the hotel.
This place really needs some renovations done.

2 bedroom 2 bath suite (1 King and 2 Doubles)
Room was clean, chair in living room fabric was starting to fray, there were some nail polish stains on the wood end tables, and some leftover glitter sprinkled on the sofa - which I could tell they did their best to vacuum up but that glitter is just horrible to get out of sofa cushions. It was Christmas anyways so having a little extra sparkle was all good.

The kitchen had refrigerator, 2-burner range, microwave, dishwasher, and all the plates, cups, utencils you could need. Also a small kitchen table with 4 chairs. Living room had small sofa 1 chair, and 2 small end tables in center and another end table on the side, along with the TV, which sat on a chest of drawers. Bedroom 1: 1 king bed, chest with TV, chair, bathroom had vanity/sink and closet separated from the toilet/shower.Bedroom 2: 2 double beds chest with TV, desk and chair, bathroom had vanity/sink and closet separated from the toilet/shower. There was one thermostat for all three rooms in the suite and unfortunately the room with the 2 double beds heated up much quicker than the rest of the suite so it was challenging to balance the comfort levels in all three rooms.

Hotel had nice fitness center with 2 treadmills, ellyptical, yoga ball, TV, towels, and water dispenser. Guest laundry - Love that the Staybridge doesn't charge guests for using the laundry. Laundry room had 3 brand new front load washer/dryer sets plus 2 older washer/dryers.

Breakfast was EXCELLENT lots of variety waffles, french toast, sausage, oatmeal, grits, scrambled eggs, cut up fruit, muffins, bagels, cereal, yogurt, apple juice, OJ, Coffee, Tea. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

We stayed here on the way down to Orange Beach. We had a two-bedroom suite which was nice for us night owls that like to stay up late. The rooms were clean and updated. Lots of space for 3 adults and 1 child. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept on. The hotel was pretty full but still quiet - mostly business professionals and not a lot of families.

The pool was a little chilly. There were no towels outside, but a hotel employee brought some out without us asking.

The breakfast was pretty standard with breads, yogurts, fruit, eggs, etc. They did have Andouille Sausage instead of pork which was different. There are a lot of restaurants around this area and a Target across the freeway if you forgot any basics.

We stopped here on our road trip of the south. The hotel is very clean and looks newly renovated. The staff on check in was so friendly and helpful. She also printed out directions to the diner which featured in the movie ' The Help ' which was just a 10 minute drive away.

Stayed at this location several times no real problems other than it needs an up grade which I was told by the new GM (also new owners according to the new GM as of April 2017) was pending.
Stayed here the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night July 21st till the 24th 2017, The problems was the worse I have ever seen. Party hotel, stomping in the room above us, kids at the pool until midnight, only one person on duty at night all weekend. The room was very run down, couch that sagged, couch cushions ripped, (we was in a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom) no oven only a disgusting toaster oven. The staff was completely professional except for the new GM. We will never stay at this location again. We travel about 4 months a year because of a consulting business this was by far the worst experience. Even beat the hotel that we watched guests arriving on a Saturday night with loaded carts of liqueur.
