The Ranchero is not very inviting on the outside and is a little rundown inside. However, the server was very nice when she seated us, and the food was very good. We both had their pulled pork plate that came with beans, cole slaw and bread. It was excellent. If you are looking for good barbecue that isn't very expensive, and you don't care about the ambience, this is the place to go.
