We were not treated well by the front desk person. Very rude to me and other family. Room damp and a/c cold but to warm it up the heat came on! It smelled very musty despite the redo. Outside the place looked abandoned! It’s was horrible! Plastic covered every single window! Parking was bad because of all of the heavy equipment! I asked several times if the hotel was in decent shape and was told yes! Not to mention I called atleast 6-8 times asking for the manager prior to going because we wanted a group rate. She NEVER called me back! I guess that leadership quality trickles down to the employees that were not doing their jobs well. It was a true disappointment!!!

There was construction being done but did not affect the quality of service or room. We would stay there again. Hampton Inn staff pay attention to details when it comes to consistent customer service.

Don't sign the construstion noise waiver until you check out the room yourself! Don't take the word of the front desk clerk that you won't hear anything and ask if the noise is too loud if there is another room avakable just in case.

This was a great place to stay. Arrived late and left early. The hotel was under renovation and some areas were not as clean as usual due to the renovation. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. All staff members were very friendly and helpful.

Do not pay the price for the Bay side rooms, not worth the difference in price. Take a room on the street side, same rooms. I may have written my on-site review for a different HI, this was an exceptional hotel and the lady working the desk was the best, the friendleylist we have met.
