We had a lovely stay at Seal Cottage. It's small but adequate. A nice log and coal fire. It was great to see the seals in the harbour. Portnahaven is a lovely village. There is plenty to do on Islay. We will be back! .
Stayed here for a second time and found it to be very good, especially the wood burning stove in the evening as the weather was very mixed. We also thoroughly enjoyed our evening walks along the coastal path as well and the two villages.
We stayed here last year and enjoyed everything the cottage had to offer so much that we have decided to return.
From the minute we arrived we were not disappointed, the welcome pack had everything you needed plus much more. The cottage was spotless and very cosy, it had everything you needed to make for a very restful holiday. Even the weather was kind to us with my daughter and grand-daughter enjoying a walk round the bay to see the seals and back via the beach collecting shells every day. A great time was had by all, the only downside was having to return to the mainland.
