We were traveling through to visit family. It was late. We were in the big room that has three beds. My children were already in bed. By the time I laid down in bed I rolled to one side. When I lifted the mattress the box spring was broken. Hence the sinking. My bad I still slept. It was the only hotel room in the city left. My husband ended up sleeping in the floor. The beds were clean. The bathroom was clean. The carpet could use a good deep clean. It is dated and expensive for the quality. When the staff was informed of the bed being broken they said “when did you break it?” Reminded them that it was broken already. I asked to speak with the boss. It’s been over a week and still waiting to hear from them. Very disappointed!! I would not recommend at all! Also would not give a star if I could not.

Though the room was clean and the personal was friendly, everything is old and seems musty. The TV had a decent number of channels, but was not HD. The wifi was very week. I would not go back to this motel again.

The room looks nothing like the pictures . Old furniture and an old tube TV. Exposed plumbing under the sink and the floors creaked. While checking out the bed we saw that behind and under it had not been cleaned for a long time. There was also insecticide along the walls for bed bugs and it must have worked as we saw none. We did not feel comfortable staying here and explained to the clerk our reasons and requested a refund. We were told there were no refunds per policy. We left and went to a cleaner motel.
