This is an old historic property that has been updated but still maintains much of its charm. It is located right next to the Soo Locks. Rooms were comfortable, clean and adequate. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was sparce but sufficient. The hotel restaurant/bar was not open for meals, only drinks. Hopefully this beautiful dining space can be preserved as there were rumors that it is going to be converted to office space. There were plenty of other dining options in the area. This was a great value.

Beautiful historic hotel! We went there for my husband's birthday weekend and we could not have been happier there. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms, reasonably priced rooms, great views of the bridge from our suite, complimentary breakfast, free parking, walking distance to bars and restaurants, bar on site, balloons and fresh pastries left in our room for my husband's birthday, hotel staff kept in contact via text for any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel,clean. Shops and pub across the street. Next to the park and locks. Both the ladles,night and day were very friendly. Happy hour in the bar is 5 to 7. And Seth the bartender was amazing, we had a great time talking with him. He was very helpful with giving us ideas on places to visit, even in Cedarville.
