We really enjoyed our stay here. My husband has had spine surgery and cannot sleep in a bed. When we found they offer rooms with recliners we were thrilled. Kitchen room is clean and offers microwaves toasters toaster oven bbq grill outside ice machine coffee. Vending machines with reasonable prices Great staff that showed us all the good spots to visit. Fridge in room. Solid AC. Good showers. Full cable and wifi. Looking forward to more stays.

We recently spent a night here and were pleased with how clean and quiet the property was. The beds were comfortable and having a separate mirror from the main bathroom was helpful. There was a freezer in the fridge unit, which we appreciated. I am wary of mom and pop motels, but this is a winner and we plan on returning.

Fantastic stay with Tony and Marsha. Wonderful hosts, clean rooms excellent service. Excellent location near downtown and the important stores. You get a real home feeling when you are there. If there is fresh snow out, then a path will be shoveled to your vehicle, and it will be brushed off!

Budget Host is a well run establishment. Marsha and Tony go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and appreciated. The cleaning staff is quick to attend to any and all housekeeping requests, and the rooms are spotless, and well cared for. Tony and Marsha's "Coffee Room" is complete with a toaster, two microwaves, toaster oven, ice machine, vending machine, as well as paper plates, napkins and the utensils needed re-heating, or make supper on site. They have an outdoor gas grill available, and picknic tables located under a large canopy (during the summer months) so guests can grab a steak from the local market, and grill it up even in the rain (or sometimes snow:(
It didn't take long before I grew to consider Marsha and Tony friends, as they have been, and continue to be very kind during my extended stay.

Room was super clean but very dated. The beds were really comfortable. The bathroom was incredibly small with no counter space at all. Not that we watched a lot of it, but the TV was pretty small and quite a distance from the furthest bed. The rate was cheap, so not surprised that everything wasn't shiny and new. Best part - beds and cleanliness. Worst part - nasty looking drop ceiling and really super small bathroom.
