We have wanted to stay here for a while, unfortunately due to Covid the restaurant, Tracy's, was not open. Still, though in the winter it is not stunning from the outside - it is lovely inside. The hallways are adorned with many cool glass prints of the Lake Superior area. The rooms were very nice with hickory doors and a clean and well provided bath room. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. We will stay there again.

It is a beautifully renovated building which originally was a lumber baron's home, it has been expanded to offer a number of rooms, restaurant, bar and conference rooms. The rooms are clean comfortable and beautiful and the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend this space for a stay.

Received a phone call day of check in on arrival time, i told her we would be there around 5. We arrived at 5 sharp and had to call because there was no one to check us in, which was fine, she arrived 10 minutes later. When she walked in she just asked for Identification and gave us a key and that was it. Made us feel like we were bothering her. Will not be back. The room was very nice and clean.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We stopped for the night on our way up to Michigan Tech. We were very pleased with the property. It’s location was perfect. Unfortunately the restaurant/bar was closed due to Covid but will hopefully be open when we travel through again.

Roam Inn was an incredible stay in Munising. My friend and I visited Munising in early February to see and climb the frozen waterfalls. We arrived into town on the early side, as a storm was imminent. Roam Inn was accommodating and even upgraded us to a room with a balcony! We had a view of Lake Superior from our room/balcony.

Roam Inn is just situated in town; maybe ~1 mile walk from the town center. It only takes ~10 mins to drive to the ice falls in Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. Great location.

Tracey's is the restaurant at Roam Inn; however, it was closed during our stay and was noted that it will be temporarily closed until May. We were bummed - really looking forward to trying it!

Great coffee in the lobby area, as well as hot cocoa to warm you right up. Our room was accessible and on the corner; very quiet and comfortable. I was surprised at how spacious it was! Roam Inn provided plenty of towels, soaps, makeup wipes, hairdryers; really anything that you'd need.

I'd highly recommend a visit to Roam Inn!

Room tip: Room 15 is on a corner, has a balcony, and overlooks Lake Superior
