Good place to visit the park because you are in the park already
The rooms are ok, nothing special about them to say really, nothing bad, nothing good
Dinner buffet and breakfast were really nice though
Staff not so friendly, annoyed by the horde of tourists I guess, but with smile it works always better
The water hole is a must see in the night, I highly recommend !

We camped 5 nights in the 3 restcamps in Etosha. Especially the ablution blocks were much better and cleaner than in 2009 when we there before, Namutoni's camp sites have some grass and are thus a bit better than the other two. Most of the staff was friendly and assisted where needed. In total we had a good experience in both the camps and outside in the park with many animals and birds that were a joy to see.

Room tip: We did not stay in the chalets, only on the camp sites. Etosha is not cheap - but it is worth the trip.

We stayed here with a group of friends, all keen photographers, and our highlight was meant to be late evening viewing of game at the waterhole.
Unfortunately this was completely spoilt by a very selfish group of people who had the most powerful flash units available and were constantly setting them off, much to the annoyance of everyone else and the spoiling of their pictures.
This was totally unnecessary, as any self respecting photographer would have known how to use the available floodlights and showed a blatant disregard of other people by these idiots.
Even the resort staff were saying that there was much less animal activity than usual as the wildlife was being put off visiting the waterhole by the constant powerful flashes.
I am really surprised and disappointed the camp management didn't stop this very annoying practice...it completely spoilt our experience of this camp.

Evening barbecue and morning breakfast were ok, as you'd expect from a fairly large camp, the chalets again had all that was required for a night's rest.

we spent two nights in Okaukuejo . One night in a Premier Wtaerhole chalet and one night in a bush Camp Chalet (which is 150 meters from the waterhole) . Of our two Premier Waterhole chalets one had a fantastic view of the waterhole and the other was obscured by trees - This accomadation was very expensive so you waste a lot of money if you cant see the waterhole . There are benches around the waterhole for everyone to use . My recommendation would be a bush chalet and walk the 150 meters

This is our third visit and will probably be our last - there are other camps and lodges that are more interested in customer service, attracting visitors and ensuring the facilities are in good order. We again stayed in the Premier Waterhole Chalets, and we were disappointed with the many basic maintenance issues which were needed and the staff were disinterested in attending too. The covers to the power-points were falling off the wall, no lights were working on the stairs as they had no bulbs to replace, taps which did not work etc. The dining facilities are being upgraded so we were eating outdoors, the food was very average both dinner and breakfast. A general feeling of neglect of the camp and indifference by the staff, left us disappointed compared to earlier visits.

Room tip: W33 - great views, needs lots of maintenance.
