These owners took a chance in a special little town by creating an exceptional restaurant destination; they offer clients a nearly perfect light lunch menu along with great micro-brewery selections in their hip, renovated house, just off Caseville's Main Street. We road to town along M-25's highway bike lanes, which connect two State Parks to the north of town and thousands of summer homes to the south. Yes, drive in; there's plenty of convenient parking, except, of course, during the fabulous Cheeseburger Festival. For my bride and myself, we picked a perfect summer day in July for an eight-mile bike ride and rightly rewarded ourselves at the charming Thumb Brewery.
