Room was clean and spacious. Extra enclosure/hallway in front ensured that street noise was blocked. This is useful for traffic and other sounds because the car dealership across the street plays loud music 24/7! Luckily, you cannot hear it from the room. I appreciated the mini hair dryer which actually had some power to it. We would definitely use this location again if we were in the area. Excellent value.

Our two-night stay was pleasant. The room was clean and in good repair. Appears to be family/owner-managed and we were shown great courtesy. A bit of fruit at the breakfast would have been welcomed. My only complaint would be that the pool appears to have been permanently shut down. All web descriptions include its mention as an amenity. We were disappointed but too tired to search elsewhere on a hot August afternoon.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We are here for two nights and would stay here again. It was quiet and we felt safe here. It is also close to all amenities.

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay for three nights. The check in clerk was friendly and helpful. The buildings seemed well maintained, everything worked from hot water to wifi. Bed was comfortable, the room and the linens were clean. Our room faced Riverdale Ave, but traffic noise was not really noticeable. Breakfast is limited to bagels, toast, cereal and orange juice in the front lobby. There's no seating area, but trays are provided to make it easier to carry food and drinks to your room.
We expect to stay here again on our next trip.
