This property is ok, not great but not terrible either. We were a party of 3 couples. Initially, our friends took room 103 which I would avoid. It has almost no windows and was extremely musty. They switched to the studio cottage, which was better but the A/C is in the kitchen area and not in bedroom.
The other couple took room 101 which was fine and not facing the street like the studio cottage or the room we took.
We took the 104+106 suite. 106 is a nice size bedroom as is 104. The bathroom is off of 104. So we set up 106 as our dining room for all 6 people to eat the meals over the weekend. The kitchen is in the back and is an ok kitchen, not great. Wasn't completely clean but we managed. The backdoor from the kitchen is good for access to rooms 101 as well as 102 since it is a covered porch so one can carry in the rain as well as on the Sabbath.
The Inn is walking distance to the Cape Cod shul on Locust Street (about 5 minutes).
The beach is secluded, and just across the street. White sands, clean beach, almost no one there.
Dunkin Donuts walking distance from the Inn.
