It's a quaint, homey, comfortable, quiet place to stay. I went for a weekend with three other friends and we managed just fine, there is a nice big open space right at the back of the place you can eat outside or barbecue. The room is a little muggy or dewy but considering the summer heat and constant on/off AC it helps to air it out with the door or back sliding door open. As for the accommodations, the beds are spring beds but comfortable. They provide blankets but personally, next time I rather just bring my own so I would suggest the same. It has it's own parking which is nice. It's literally a five minute driving distance to provincetown but if you'd like to save yourself some gas or contribute less to the ozone you can definitely bike it over. I wouldn't suggest walking since at night you can barely see pedestrians while driving. Overall nice place to just decompress and spend a relaxing time after visiting other towns.
